About the Founders
Kili Beauty Discovery is a tour company which was established by two indigenous people (Alen Mato & Colman Epimack) who were born and grew up at the foot of Mt. Kilimanjaro.
Alen, the visionary behind Kilibeauty Discovery, was born and raised in the heart of Kilimanjaro, Tanzania. Growing up in the shadows of Africa’s highest peak, he developed a deep passion for nature, adventure, and sharing the beauty of his homeland with the world.
With years of experience in the tourism and hospitality industry, Alen founded Kilibeauty Discovery with a mission to provide authentic, sustainable, and life-changing travel experiences. His goal is to showcase the breathtaking landscapes, rich culture, and warm hospitality of Tanzania while ensuring that every journey supports local communities and conservation efforts.
Alen’s expertise, dedication, and love for adventure have made Kilibeauty Discovery a trusted name for Kilimanjaro treks, Mount Meru treks, wildlife safaris, Zanzibar beach tours, and cultural experiences.
Beyond his expertise as a guide and entrepreneur, Alen is a storyteller, adventurer, and passionate advocate for Tanzanian tourism. His goal is not only to help visitors explore Tanzania’s landscapes but also to create meaningful connections between travellers and the land, culture, and people.

Colman was born in Rombo in the Kilimanjaro region, a few kilometres from the Rongai entry gate to the Mt. Kilimanjaro National Park.
Due to his high interest in adventure, inbound and outside the country, like Nairobi National Park in Kenya and the Great Wall of China, he developed his interest in collaborating with Alen and creating Kilibeauty Discovery to offer stunning and unforgettable adventures to different people around the world.
