  Die perfekte Safari mit ganz besonderen Menschen! Unsere Hochzeitsreise hätte nicht schöner starten können! Alen und sein Vater Tony haben uns von der ersten Minute an unglaublich herzlich empfangen und uns während der gesamten Reise verwöhnt. Wir haben uns jederzeit rundum wohl und bestens aufgehoben gefühlt – bei den Pausen wurden wir immer mit leckeren Snacks und Getränken versorgt, und auch kulinarisch hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Besonders das leckere Essen mitten in der Serengeti wird uns noch lange in Erinnerung bleiben. Dank Alen und Tony konnten wir die Serengeti hautnah erleben und dabei unglaublich viel über die Tiere, die Natur und das Leben in Tansania lernen. Wir haben so viele wunderschöne Momente erlebt und die beeindruckende Tierwelt aus nächster Nähe bestaunen dürfen.   Eine wunderbare Safari Wir haben den Tarangire Nationalpark, die Serengeti und den Ngorogoro-Krater besucht. Alens Vater Anthony hat uns mit Umsicht gefahren und er ist wirklich auf jeden Wunsch eingegangen. Die Organisation war perfekt. Wir haben von seiner jahrzehntelangen Safari-Erfahrung sehr profitiert. Es war unser erster Afrika-Besuch und wir hätten nie gedacht, dass wir so nahe an die Tiere in freier Wildbahn herankommen!   Fantastisch Ich war mit vier Freunden mit Kilibeuty unterwegs in Tansania. Wir waren im Tarangire Nationalpark, im Ngorogoro Krater und in der Serengeti. ...und hatten dort eine fantastische Zeit . So viele Tiere, eine tolle Landschaft...und einen hervorragenden Fahrer, der uns nicht nur gut übersll hin brachte, sondern sich um uns gekümmert hat. Ich war krank, keine halbe Stunde später war ich in einer Apotheke. Einmal hatten wir im Zimmer kein Wasser, fünf Minuten darauf standen 10 Wasserflaschen am Tisch....Danke Anthony ! Die Safari und auch die Fahrt ins Usambaragebirge waren wunderbar, ich kann Kilibeauty wirklich nur empfehlen .

  Eine ganz besondere Reise! Mein Schwager, der schon vor 22 Jahren mit Augusti den Kilimandscharo bestiegen hat, hat uns zusammengebracht - und ich bin dafür sehr dankbar. Schon die Vorbereitung mit Inspektion aller Ausrüstungsgegenstände auf Vollständigkeit und Qualität, war sehr beruhigend. Und so fühlte ich mich von Anfang an sehr gut aufgehoben. Angefangen von Valerian, dem besten Koch über all die immer fröhlichen Träger (jeder Kochtopf musste hochgetragen werden) bis zu unseren Guides Alen und Augusti - ihr seid ein tolles und kompetentes Team. Die beiden Tage zur Akklimatisation durch den Tropenwald, vorbei an Affen, Lianen und verzauberten Bäumen war herrlich. Auch toll, dass ihr jede Frage beantworten konntet. Die Krönung war aber natürlich der nächtliche Aufstieg auf den Mount Meru, den ich ohne euch (Alen, Peter und Sefaedi) nie geschafft hätte. Durch eure ruhige Unterstützung fühlte ich mich immer sicher und hatte keine Sorge, mich zu übernehmen. Am Anfang noch "pole - pole" (langsam - langsam) habt ihr mir später ohne viele Worte den Mut gegeben, weiter zu gehen. Ein tolles Gefühl, oben zu stehen. Eure freundliche Art und Herzenswärme werde ich nicht vergessen. Danke, Danke, Danke

  Best Tour ever Unsere erste Afrikareise in Tansania war so besonders. Besonders, weil wir so eine perfekt organisierte Tour auf den Mount Meru mit Alen und Augusti hatten!!. Schon vor der Tour versorgten sie uns mit allen Tips, was wir mitbringen sollten und überprüften kurz vorher, ob auch genug warme Socken dabei waren.. bei minus 2Grad oben auch sehr hilfreich. Pole Pole ( langsam langsam) war das Motto der Tour und vom besten Team aller Zeiten wurden wir langsam nach oben durch so beeindruckende Zauberwälder an Affen vorbei über glitschigen Büffelhinterlassendchaften geführt. Dabei half ihre unendliche Geduld und liebenswerte Fröhlichkeit mit uns über jede Klippe hinweg. Unvergesslich der Sonnenaufgang über dem Kili, den wir vom Little Mount Meru perfekt sehen konnten- und Augusti und Peter freuten sich mit uns, obwohl sie ihn doch schon so oft gesehen haben:) Besonders ist auch noch das superleckere Essen , dass es jeden Tag gab , zu erwähnen. Und jede Erbse war für uns von all den immer fröhlichen Trägern hochgetragen worden!! Danke Danke Danke - das war so ein wunderschöner Urlaub Andrea Hackspiel

  CANNOT RECOMMEND KILIBEAUTY DISCOVERY ENOUGH I hiked Kilimanjaro last September with Alen and the KiliBeauty team. What an experience!! Alen and the team made sure that my experience was unforgettable and also that it didn’t just start the day of the hike. Alen met me the week before to have a brief overview of what each day would look like, along with what food we wished to eat on the mountain, any worried we may of had and just to put names to faces before we began. The day of the hike Alen and the 2 guides (Omari and Eugene- such amazing , kind , gentle people) collected me from my accommodation and the journey began. Over the next 5 days I was treated with such dignity and respect and had someone there for all my needs. Along with Alen and the guides, there were 8 porters and a chef. The whole team made an effort to get to know us and vice versa, I still remember everyone’s name! The summit of Kili itself was tougher than I ever anticipated, however I know for a fact that without the support of Omari, Eugene, Alen and Peter, I wouldn’t have made it. The same goes for the after care we received when we returned to camp after our 7 hour nighttime summit. To the whole team, THANK YOU!! I will forever remember and talk about my Kilimanjaro experience, not just for the mountain itself, but for the amazing people who helped me get there. Your kindness will always remain at the forefront of my memories. If you are thinking about Summiting Mount Kilimanjaro, I cannot recommend Kilibeauty Discovery enough. They went above and beyond and are some of the most beautiful people I’ve ever met. Thank you once again, to Alen, Eugene, Omari, David (who had to make all my food dairy free & gluten free), Peter (for safely getting me down the mountain) Evan’s (for having the worst job of WC) and to the whole team for the laughs, the tears and most importantly the memories. 10/10 cannot recommend enough, and once again, THANK YOU 💛

  KILIBEAUTY WILL NOT DISAPPOINT! I can’t express enough how amazing this company is and their dedication to their clients and their determination to get you to summit! Climbing Kilimanjaro always seemed way out of my league. I never imagined being capable of actually summiting one of the seven peaks. But with the help of the Kilibeauty team, they made the impossible possible. As a beginner climber, I had no idea where to start—how to choose a route, what to pack or how to train. Alan was absolutely amazing through the whole planning process! He answered all of the questions I had throughly while keeping me optimistic for the climb ahead. When the day arrived to finally start the trek, I was met with the most phenomenal team of guides and porters who were there every step of the way. This team was truly super human beings. On top of them carrying all of our equipment, setting up camps, cooking meals, they also managed to be my biggest support system. They anticipated my every need before I even had time to think about it—ensuring I stayed well-hydrated, received proper nutrition, and passed all my wellness checks. It’s a very high-intensity environment from hours of hiking to sounds of rescue helicopter in the distance. There were multiple days of me being at my breaking point but Alan, Eugene and Omary were there holding my hand through tears while encouraging me that I will make it to summit. On the night of summit, I felt like I was in a fever dream. After days of hiking, lack of sleep and delusion of second-guessing this whole thing, I FINALLY MADE IT TO UHURU PEAK! & I mean it when I say, I would not have made it without my team. So a HUGE THANK YOU to Kilibeauty and the team of men who got me to the top of Mount Kilimanjaro! Your passion and dedication to your company and its clients is admirable.   I am so glad that I chose this company. My review has information for volunteers, solo travelers, and adventure seekers. Let me start by saying that I usually never write reviews, but I felt compelled to recognize this company for the incredible experience they provided. In fact, I created a Tripadvisor account specifically for this purpose. They created a memory I will never forget. To be honest, I’m only 18 years old, and going to Tanzania was one of the first major adventures I’ve undertaken as an adult. Initially, I was hesitant because it felt like such a big commitment. However, I got in touch with a gentleman named Alen, who is the owner of the company. He handles all communications and is incredibly informative. I bombarded him with numerous questions after discovering the company, and he answered each one in great detail. He also helped me understand which routes would be best suited to my needs, which was important to me since I had no prior experience with anything related to climbing. The rest of the process was quite easy as well. I was initially concerned when I found out that I had to make a wire transfer, but I can assure you that it is completely safe. Many banks in the Western Hemisphere don’t have direct communication with banks from Africa, which was part of my concern, but I felt reassured once I understood the process. I originally went to Tanzania as a volunteer, and I was unsure how to coordinate my trek once my program was over. Alen is fantastic at helping volunteers with this, as many of his clients, like those from International Volunteer Headquarters, often go on the trek after completing their programs. He coordinates pickups from your accommodation, whether it's a hostel or an organizational compound. They also arrange drop off - especially if your flight is right after. For those who, like me, tend to be a little nervous, Alen even arranged a meeting days before the trek to address any questions or concerns. On the day of the trek, you finally meet your team, and they are all incredibly friendly and personable. It felt less like being with a group I hired and more like being with family. To this day, many months after, I still talk to them. I had the privilege of having an amazing guide named John. You can truly tell that these guides love their work and are deeply committed to helping you reach the summit. As someone who had never done anything like this before, there were days when I was slow and days when I was faster, but I never once felt judged. The guides are also excellent motivators and engaged in conversation to make the time pass quicker. I actually went solo, which made the journey more challenging, but they worked hard to make the experience easier and more enjoyable. It’s clear that they know exactly what they’re doing. While there are many other companies offering similar services, I realized during the trek that MountKiliBeauty stood out. It wasn’t just about getting to the top for them—it was about making sure you had a great experience while doing it. There’s a noticeable difference between those who genuinely care about your success and enjoyment and those who are just there for a paycheck. The accommodations were also fantastic. The company is very transparent on their website about accommodating dietary restrictions, and I can personally vouch for this. I have a dairy allergy, and unlike many other companies that simply remove dairy without replacing it with anything else, they took great care in ensuring my needs were met. The food was actually amazing, and I could tell the cook took real pride in what they prepared. It was so good that I’ve tried to replicate some of the meals back home. For those concerned about safety —it is completely safe. The guides carries medical equipment, oxygen, and pulse oximeters to monitor your health at all times. A quick sidenote, this company does something that no other company does in this field. He offers a tour of Moshi, FREE of charge as a complementary thank you for choosing MountKiliBeauty. When I was there, we went to see the coffee plantation and the Chaga tribe caves. Here’s another cool thing to know. Some companies have you take your own pictures and videos. This company will happily do it for you as they want to be as involved with your experience as possible. I’m so happy because they even took a video as I was walking up to the very last checkpoint.
