Our guides have been chosen for their knowledge, experience, professionalism, attention to detail, sense of humour and communication skills. They are fluent English speakers and it’s their mission to ensure you have the best holiday that will surpass your expectations. We work tireless to keep our staff happy with great working environment, they love and appreciate their work and are committed to providing our guests with the best service and are ready to answer all the questions that you will be asking either during the trek or during wildlife safari.

Personalized and flexible trekking and safari itineraries

Our wildlife safari itineraries can be as short as a day trip or as long as multiple days from three days up to one-month inclusive Tanzanian adventure. There are no limits of number of days and all options can be explained to you with our well-trained staff. We do not have set departure dates for joint tour but we do give our clients an option to invite his/her friends to join the tour, therefore allowing you to choose the exact date that fits best with your travel plans.

Comprehension and experience 

We think high of ourselves on being modernistic with the newest accommodation, best destinations and most unique experiences in all tourist destinations found in Tanzania. We are locally owned and based, with the large majority of our employees having raised up in this incredible country. We are constantly inspecting new properties and visiting new locations, so that we can deliver the best possible experiences from first-hand knowledge.

Also, we normally provide regular training to all our staff every year to keep them updated. All field staff are fully trained and certified, not only in mountain guiding and wildlife knowledge, but also in wilderness first aid, mountain first aid, driving, environmental awareness, risk management and customer care and service.

Insurance and safety

We highly recommend our guests to take out travel insurance prior to leaving home. In addition to your insurance cover, we have further options to ensure you are 100% covered when you are in Tanzania. Kilibeauty Discovery has a company insurance policy, which covers incidents such as injury, accident and theft, for both our clients and staff.

If you are having less than 15days for an additional $10 per person or if you are having more than 15 days and less than 30 days, $24 or $32 per person you may opt to take out AMREF Flying Doctors https://flydoc.org/ which we can organize this on your behalf. This is not medical insurance, just local air evacuation insurance, should anything happen whilst you are in Tanzania.
