4 days Tanzania Safari

Northern safari Itinerary: 4days/ 3nights Cultural and Safari

Highlights

We believe that you will bear with us as we say adventure with us to discover the beauty of wildlife. Africa, particularly Tanzania is the sweet home where you can find plenty of concentration of variety species of animals and cultures with interesting and stunning traits that you will be eager to view and witness on your own and not to hear or read.

This safari offers not only an outstanding wildlife experience like a herd of elephants in Tarangire or hundreds of flamingos flying in their groups from Lake Manyara but also the opportunity to travel off the beaten path and experience the diverse cultures of local tribes in Lake Eyasi.

Day 1: Arrive Arusha

On arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport (KIA) or after descending from the mountain, you will be greeted and transferred by our friendly guides/drivers to a nearby hotel to rest and relax after the long international flight. Enjoying a leisurely dinner, notice the sounds and smells of Africa all around you. Overnight Arusha.

Day 2: Tarangire National Park

After breakfast depart Arusha with your guide, who will be your constant companion throughout your safari, for Tarangire National Park. Spend the next two days in the park observing game such as elephant, wildebeest, zebra, and buffalo as they journey back and forth to the Tarangire River, an important source of water in the area. Overnight Tarangire

Day 3: Lake Manyara National Park

After breakfast enjoy a short, scenic drive to Manyara National Park. Famous for tree-climbing lions, the park also boasts a healthy population of hippos, giraffes, and plenty of bird life including flamingoes that reside in the park’s namesake alkaline lake. Overnight Lake Manyara

Day 4: Lake Eyasi

After breakfast drive west to Lake Eyasi. This alkaline soda lake, perched in the Great Rift Valley which dominates the landscape from Ethiopia down into Mozambique, is home to the last remaining members of the Hadzabe and Datoga people. Numbering less than 1,000, the Hadzabe are an ancient, nomadic tribe of Bushmen who are one of the last click-speaking hunter-gatherer tribes. Overnight Manyara.

Day 5: Departure

After breakfast drive to Moshi, stopping at local markets and the popular Meserani Snake Park along the way. Purchase final gifts, take your last photos and remember fondly what an amazing safari you’ve just had in Africa. Also if you have time it will be best chance for you to have a town tour and get a chance to visit the house of special need groups nearby with which we share a certain percentage of what we earn. Overnight Moshi, next morning you fly back.
